2023 Snake Avoidance Class Schedule at Desert Wildlife Services Facility:

Summer, 2023

We will offer classes through the Summer season. Please call for an appointment. Private class at your place: As my schedule allows. Please call for an appointment. Monday and Wednesday mornings are usually the best.

Summer classes are typically held on Saturday mornings, and run from approximately 7AM through 9:45AM, depending on interest and weather. Please call for alternate dates and times. We can sometimes honor requests.

All classes listed are held at the Desert Wildlife Services, Inc. property. We utilize a section of desert to simulate where rattlesnakes are often encountered.

Each client is allotted a 30 minute time slot, allowing us to work directly with you and your dog. This also helps to prevent multiple dogs being present at the same time, offering fewer distractions.

Please call or email me to reserve a time slot. Also, please note how many dogs you are bringing for training.

If possible, please bring your dog in a harness. If you do not have one, please have a snug fitting collar.

Class Fees

Training at our facility is $120 per dog. We offer a $20 per dog discount for 2 or more dogs. The first dog is $120 and each additional dog is $100.

Refresher sessions for dogs that have been through our class are $50 per dog, at our place.

Private sessions at your home and custom dates at our location are also available. Rates are $170 for the first dog and $100 for each additional dog.

Refresher sessions for dogs at your place are the same rate as above, $170 for the first dog, and $100 for each additional dog, unless previous arrangements were made.
